All products sold by ZamZam Perfumes are 100% original and carefully inspected before dispatch.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud, pricing errors, or technical issues are detected.
Customers must provide accurate shipping information. ZamZam Perfumes is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or contact details.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Promotional offers and discounts are valid for a limited time only.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed as quickly as possible.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.
Delays due to weather, public holidays, or courier operations are beyond our control.

5. Return & Exchange

We offer a replacement or refund only if:

You receive a damaged product.
You receive the wrong product.
You receive a fake or tampered product.

A complete unboxing video is mandatory from the moment you receive the sealed parcel until the product is fully opened.

The video must:

Show the unopened parcel.
Clearly display the shipping label.
Be recorded continuously without cuts or edits.
Clearly show the issue with the product.

Without an unboxing video, refunds or exchanges cannot be processed.

Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Refund Policy

Once the claim is verified, ZamZam Perfumes will provide either:

A replacement product, or
A full refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds are processed using the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

Change of mind.
Personal fragrance preference.
Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
Claims made without a valid unboxing video.
